Does John Mayer Want Another Chance With Katy Perry?

Last month, we reported John Mayer had new music coming out, and YES it is about Katy Perry. In an interview in yesterday’s New York Times he opened up for the first time in awhile. He revealed that Katy has been on his mind even though they broke up 2 years ago.
The song is called “Still Feel Like Your Man.” Is it about Katy? “Who else would I be thinking about?” he said, “it’s a testament to the fact that I have not dated a lot of people in the last five, six years. That was my only relationship. So it’s like, give me this, people.”
The song includes the lyrics, “I still keep your shampoo in my shower in case you wanna wash your hair. And I know that you probably found yourself someone somewhere but I do not really care.”
Now that Katy and Orlando Bloom broke up, maybe John and Katy can give it another chance?
