Usher Says He Won’t Settle Lawsuits

For the last few weeks there have been several new people going up against Usher claiming they contracted herpes from him.

If some of those people were looking for a quick payday, they’re going to be disappointed. Sources close to Usher say he has no intention of settling any of these cases.

At this point, there haven’t been any settlement talks, and Usher isn’t interested in throwing cash at the issue to make it go away. As we’ve told you, three women and a man are suing him for having sexual contact without disclosing his alleged herpes status.

For the record, Usher hasn’t actually said whether he even has the disease.
