Production of Bachelor in Paradise has been put on hold because of allegations of misconduct.

Warner Brothers Studios released a statement, saying in part: “We have become aware of allegations of misconduct on the set of ‘Bachelor in Paradise’ in Mexico. We have suspended production and we are conducting a thorough investigation of these allegations. Once the investigation is complete, we will take appropriate responsive action.”

The new season of the reality series was scheduled to return to ABC on August 8th, with a cast comprised of fan favorites and other controversial characters from previous seasons of The Bachelor and The Bachelorette.

TMZ reports that there were some relations between DeMario Jackson and Corinne Olympios had after a night of drinking.  It seems a producer is responsible for the complaint being filed and Corrine has retained a lawyer.  There are also reports that there is video of the action, so most likely that will be released.  Taping is expected to resume once the investigation is complete, although some outlets say the show has been cancelled.
