Selena Gomez Visits School On World Kindness Day

Selena Gomez made a surprise visit to high school students in Los Angeles yesterday with help from the Step Up Foundation. While she was there she spread the message of “empowerment and fulfilling one’s potential.”
Selena, the “Kill ‘Em With Kindness” singer, celebrated World Kindness Day encouraging students to “love yourself first,” which is something she tries to live by as well.
People reports she chatted with the teens and spoke about why the organization is important. “Step Up’s mission to empower young women is personally important to me and something even more crucial in under-served communities, working with the young women I met today was an inspirational experience I will never forget.”
