Kendall Jenner has had won her most recent legal battle.  The online “Kardashian” star was able to get a temporary restraining order against an obsessed fan changed to permanent.

According to TMZ, Thomas Hummel was “flooding Jenner’s mailbox” with love letters that ended up turning hostile.  First, he was professing his love for her, then he was calling her “an Internet whore.”

Now Hummel must stay at least 100 yards away from Jenner and is forbidden from trying to contact her in any way for the next three years. He also can’t own any guns during that time. Jenner’s lawyer, Shawn Holley, says if three years isn’t enough time, she’ll be back in court in 2020.

Maybe it was that Pepsi ad that sent him over the edge?
