Katy Perry To Host 2017 MTV Video Music Awards

Katy Perry has been chosen to host the 2017 MTV Video Music Awards, set for August 27th at The Forum in Inglewood, California. The “Chained To The Rhythm” singer is up for 5 VMA’s herself this year and is also expected to perform at the show.
Katy is excited to say the least. She even tweeted out a video with the caption, “Introducing your MOONWOMAN. Brace for impact!”
“I’ve been training with MTV in zero gravity, eating astronaut ice cream, and I’m on a group text with Buzz Aldrin and Neil deGrasse Tyson,” Perry says in a press release.
