Jimmy Fallon’s Mother Has Passed Away

I was wondering why Friday’s Tonight Show was an unexpected repeat. Now we know why.
At the last minute, Jimmy Fallon called off the episode to spend some time with his mother Gloria who was admitted to a New York hospital. We have since learned she passed away.
TMZ reports Jimmy was by his mother’s side this morning when she passed away. at the hospital with his mother when she died.
So far no exact cause of death has been made public, but she has reportedly been ill for quite some time.
Tapings of The Tonight Show have been cancelled for upcoming week of November 6th through 10th.
Our thoughts are with Jimmy and the rest of his family during this difficult time.
Gloria Fallon was only 68 years old.
