Ellen Faces Backlash For Birthday Tweet

Ellen DeGeneres is being called “sexist” after tweeting a picture of herself gawking over Katy’s chest with, “Happy birthday, @KatyPerry! It’s time to bring out the big balloons,” written under the photo
In light of the recent Harvey Weinstein scandal, many of Ellen’s fans pointed out the double standard of the situation.
Michael Rapaport said that “the world would stop” if a man had sent that tweet. So far, Ellen hasn’t responded to the backlash.
