Ed Sheeran Is A Twitter Quitter

Ed Sheeran has decided to give up Twitter after becoming the victim of comments that aren’t so nice.
The “Shape Of You” singer can no longer put up the hateful posts aimed at him online.
He told The Sun “I’ve actually come off Twitter completely, I can’t read it, I go on it and there’s nothing but people saying mean things. Twitter’s a platform for that.”
Ed’s Twitter page is updated automatically when he posts to Instagram, but Ed says he’ll no longer visit the site itself instead of interacting with fans or haters on Twitter.
The decision to leave Twitter behind comes 2 weeks after he faced backlash following his performance at the Glastonbury Festival in England.
After thousands watched the Grammy winner take the stage, many tweeted their disappointment over his set, and some questioned whether or not he was actually performing live. Sheeran defended himself by saying, “Never thought I’d have to explain it, but everything I do in my live show is live, it’s a loop station, not a backing track.”
We’re not sure how anyone could dislike Ed, he’s like the hottest thing out there right now.
