David Letterman Returns To TV In 2018

For David Letterman fans who are missing the late night icon on television, the wait for his return is almost over.
Netflix has talked the 70 year old comedian out of retirement for a 6 episode series that will feature “in-depth conversations with extraordinary people and in-the-field segments expressing his curiosity and humor.”
The hour long programs will include a long-form interview with one guest and various pieces outside the confines of a studio.
Letterman released a statement about the upcoming show by saying, “I feel excited and lucky to be working on this project for Netflix. Here’s what I have learned, if you retire to spend more time with your family, check with your family first. Thanks for watching, drive safely.”
