Comedian Don Rickles Dead At 90
One of the funniest men in history has died.
TMZ is reporting comedian Don Rickles died this morning of kidney failure at his home in Los Angeles. He was 90 years old.
Don rose to fame in the 1960s making regular appearances on “The Tonight Show” and “The Dean Martin Show.” He even had his own TV show, “The Don Rickles Show” in the late ’60s.
He played voice of Mr. Potato Head in the Toy Story movies and was also was a regular on “The Dick Van Dyke Show,” “The Addams Family” and “Gilligan’s Island.”
He was even performing at venues up to the time of his death. He leaves his wife of over 50 years Barbara, and daughter Mindy. His son Larry passed away in 2011.
