Celine Dion Sells Florida Estate For $38.5 Million

After almost 4 years on the market, Celine Dion has finally sold her Florida home. She originally listed it for $72.5 million, but only sold it for about half that.

The 13 bedroom, 14 bathroom home boasts a home theater, tennis court, several pools and even its own water park. No word yet on who purchased the home, but the new owner is said to be using it exclusively as a Summer home.

According to The National Post, Celine and her late husband, René Angélil, built the estate in 2010 but hardly ever used it.
