Casey Affleck and Summer Phoenix Are Getting Divorced

Looks like Ben Affleck’s younger brother will also be heading to the bachelor pad. Just months after Jennifer Garner announced their divorce, TMZ reports Summer Phoenix has filed for divorce from Casey Affleck.
This may have been in the works for quite some time. Summer, who is cited irreconcilable differences, listed the separation date as November 2015. They announced they were splitting up in March of 2016.
By the time Casey picked up his Academy Award earlier this year, his marriage must have already been over.
Summer wants Casey to pay spousal support and attorney fees. She also wants joint custody of their two sons, 13 year old Indiana and 9 year old Atticus.
