‘Home Alone’ Actor John Heard Dead At 72

Sad news out of Hollywood today. John Heard, best known for playing Peter McCallister on Home Alone has died.
TMZ reports the actor was found dead in a hotel last night. Police were called to the hotel where he was pronounced dead at the scene.
The cause of death is being investigated but so far police do not suspect foul play. It is reported that he was recovering from back surgery earlier in the week.
In addition to Home Alone, John also starred in Big, Beaches, Gladiator, and many other television shows and movies.
John Heard was 72.
