Teenage Beyoncé Fan Battling Cancer Dies

The teenage cancer patient whose dream came true when Beyoncé Facetimed her, has died.
We introduced you to Ebony Banks last week. ‘Ebob,’ as her friends call her, wanted to meet her idol before it was too late.
Her friends started the hashtag #EBOBMEETSBEYONCE. It worked. It went viral last week and she had a private call with the superstar.
Unfortunately, Ebony lost her battle yesterday, just four days after she got to speak with her idol.
The school posted photos of a candelight vigil held last night.
Our hearts are with her family and classmates.
Young Ebob, you’ve definitely earned your halo. Rest in peace.
