Selena Gomez Had A Secret Kidney Transplant

Selena Gomez dropped a bombshell this morning. She had a kidney transplant over the Summer.
The 25 year old “Bad Liar” singer revealed that is why she was out of the spotlight for the last few months.
In an Instagram post she said, “I’m very aware some of my fans had noticed I was laying low for part of the summer and questioning why I wasn’t promoting my new music, which I was extremely proud of. So I found out I needed to get a kidney transplant due to my Lupus and was recovering. It was what I needed to do for my overall health.”
Selena also shared that the donor was her best friend, actress Francia Raisa in the photo the duo are holding hands in hospital beds.
