Sorry, Lady Gaga fans. She says it is time for her to take a “rest” from music.
She had to cancel a show in Montreal earlier in the week and now has announced it is time for her to “slow down for a moment for some healing.”
It doesn’t mean we’ll never see her again though, because a new Netflix documentary was unveiled this week called, Gaga: Five Foot Two.
The film is now playing at the Toronto Film Festival and chronicles her life, last year’s Super Bowl halftime performance and her struggle with chronic pain.
Gaga teared up speaking to reporters about her health issues. “It’s hard,” she said, “but it’s liberating too.”
The “Born This Way” singer told Billboard that she’ll still be creating during her break from music. “It doesn’t mean I don’t have some things up my sleeve”
You might have also recently seen her in a remake of A Star is Born with Bradley Cooper.
Take a look at the life of Gaga in this preview that was filmed over eight months. The full film will be available on Netflix on September 22nd.
