A young Katy Perry fan from Louisiana died in a car accident over the weekend.
The sad news of 18 year old Katie Bell‘s death spread quickly online with the hashtag #RIPKatycatKatie.
The story even caught the attention of Katy herself, who tweeted out the message “We see you angel and we love and will miss you. KC’s, light a candle for Katie. Rest In Peace.”
Katy Perry also changed her Twitter name to “#ripkatycatKatie” to pay further tribute to her late fan.
