The Cash Cab Game Show Is Back!

Last week, GSN (The Game Show Network) started showing old episodes of Cash Cab. (It’s a nice change from the 642 episodes of Family Feud they show every other day.)

Anyway, I’ve been watching it every night, and I’ve been thinking, “Wow, that was such a great show! I wish they’d bring it back.”

Well, someone has heard my pleas and I am happy to say, Cash Cab is making a comeback! I just hope they will be able to get Ben Bailey as host and cab driver. (Remember the short-lived Chicago version of the show, with Beth Melewski … yeah, NOT THE SAME!)

Hollywood Reporter says the show is ready to return later this year on Discovery Channel with a few new twists. (Please don’t ruin a good thing!)

The original show featured random passengers entering the “Cash Cab” expecting a normal taxi ride, only to find out they’re actually competing on a game show, answering trivia questions for real money. The only problem, get 3 answers wrong and you get kicked out.

At least nowadays you can call always hire an Uber if you get stranded.
