A movie about the short life of Bobbi-Kristina Brown is being made.  The only daughter of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown died at age 22 in 2015.

The biopic will star Joy Rovaris as Bobbi Kristina, Demetria McKinney as Whitney and Hassan Johnson as Bobby.  Her boyfriend, Nick Gordon, will be played by Nadji Jeter.

The movie will be titled Bobbi Kristina and will air on the TV One network this Summer.  The film will provide an in-depth look at the highs and lows of love complicated by fame through the eyes of a Bobbi-Kristina.

A statement from the network reads, “Bobbi Kristina’s high-profile life – and untimely death – may have been shrouded in mystery, but this film will reveal her humor, quirks, deepest fears and longings.  This film explores her fight to be seen, heard, loved and to survive.”

In September 2016, Nick Gordon was found “legally responsible” for Bobbi Kristina’s death but he has never been criminally charged.  A police investigation is still open.

MerryChristmas 🙂
