Judge Throws Out DJ’s Case In Taylor Swift Trial

In a shocking development, several media outlets are reporting the Denver Judge, William Martinez, has just decided to throw out David Mueller‘s case against Taylor Swift.
The judge says the former radio personality can’t prove that her phone call to his boss got him fired.
Mueller denies groping Taylor backstage at a concert in 2013. He was looking for $3 million dollars in damages. Swift was counter-suing for a symbolic $1 and what she says is a chance to stand up for other women.
No word yet on if Taylor is going to get that dollar, but we hope she does and she frames it and puts it in one of her mansions.
