Robert Carter, Father of Nick & Aaron, Dead at 65

Robert Carter, the father of Backstreet Boys member Nick Carter and his younger brother Aaron Carter, has died.
Few details of his death have been revealed, other than a tweet that was later deleted, Aaron mentioned his father was found unconscious.
The tweet was later replaced by this message: “My heart is Completly shattered I’m in shock and I loved my dad so much. #RIP DADDY I Love You.”
In another post he wrote “My heart is broken, We are so hurt we lost you poppa way too soon. You were never human to me, you were always my real life super hero.”
Aaron’s older brother Nick, who had been estranged from his parents, has asked for privacy.
On Twitter he posted, “I am heartbroken to share the news that our father, Robert, passed away last night…While we learn more about the cause of death, and begin the grieving process, we ask that our privacy be respected at this difficult time.”
In addition to Nick and Aaron, Robert leaves behind ex-wife, Jane, daughters Bobbie Jean, Aaron’s twin sister Angel. His other daughter Leslie died in 2012.
