Rihanna‘s personal chef, Debbie Solomon, has been cooking for the singer for the last 4 years. In a new interview with Bon Appetit Magazine she reveals the “Love On The Brain” singer usually enjoys the following for meals:
Breakfast: Four boiled eggs, toast without the crust and mixed berries – or egg whites, pineapple, and hot water with lemon.
Lunch: Curried chicken with rice (just the meat from the drumsticks) or fish with potatoes or rice and vegetables.
Dinner: Fish with salad or vegetables.
Chef Debbie said Rihanna is a “moody eater,” meaning that she prefers to choose her meals the day she eats them rather than planning them days in advance. Solomon keeps every protein, vegetables, rice, and pasta that Rihanna eats in stock wherever they are. She also travels with a case containing spices such as bouillon-like maggi cubes, curry, cumin, adobo, garlic and onion powders.
