Katy Perry’s Brand New ‘Do

Katy Perry has been known to change her look from time to time. She turned a lot of heads when she dyed her hair blonde when she released “Chained To The Rhythm” a few months ago. Now people are talking again. She has gone even shorter and blonder (if that was possible!)
Katy debuted a beautiful platinum-blond pixie cut in an Instagram post today. (Too bad she’s wearing a hoodie and blocking part of it).
She captioned the photo “fifth element flow.” The hairdo was conceived by stylist Chris McMillan (the same guy who gave
one a few years back.) The arrangement is garnering some varied opinions on the Instagram post. Some people are comparing it to Miley, and others Justin Bieber.
