Bill Cosby Heading Back To Court

Andrea Constand‘s case against Bill Cosby may have ended in a mistrial, but the comedian’s legal problems are far from over.
A judge has tentatively decided July 30th, 2018 is when Cosby may have to face another accuser in a California courtroom.
The judge set the date with the expectation that a retrial in Pennsylvania would be finished by then.
Depositions in the new case against Cosby were filed by Judy Huth who is claiming an alleged assault that took place back in 1974.
The Cosby Family has not commented on the new accusations other than to say Bill will not be going “on tour” as some media outlets reported earlier in the week.
