Britain’s Prince William and The Princess of Pop,  Lady Gaga, are teaming up for mental illness awareness.  They both are starring in a new video for the “Heads Together” charity.

The program was launched by Prince William, his wife, Duchess Kate Middleton, and brother Prince Harry.

The pair discussed their own struggles with mental illness and they both encouraged viewers to speak out about their own challenges.

Gaga said, “That’s a lot of shame attached to mental illness; you feel like something’s wrong with you.”  Prince William went on to say, “In my life I go, ‘Oh my goodness, look at all these beautiful wonderful things that I have and I should be so happy!’ to which Gaga replied “But you can’t help it if, in the morning when you wake up, you are so tired you are so sad, you are so full of anxiety and the shakes that you can barely think.”

This video comes on the same day Prince Harry opened up in an interview about his own struggles with depression after his mother, Princess Diana, passed away 20 years ago.

Watch the entire video below from Gaga’s Instagram page, or the Heads Together Twitter post, and remember it’s okay to get help or talk about your problems.
