Wanna Live Like Katy Perry? You Can!

Remember when we told you all about Katy Perry‘s legal battle to purchase a convent from a bunch of unhappy nuns? It looks like she is one step closer to making that her only Los Angeles home.
According to Variety, the “Firework” singer has listed her other Hollywood Hills estate for sale for about $15 million. The compound contains two houses on four acres of land near Runyon Canyon Park. The smaller home features gardens and a swimming pool, and was previously owned by the parents of Jake Gyllenhaal.
The larger, Mediterranean-style home contains 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, plus a special guest quarters and a barn.
Katy also owns a nearly $18 million Beverly Hills home. Earlier this year, a judge ruled that she could purchase the Los Feliz convent from the Archdiocese of Los Angeles for $14.5 million.
